Payouts go to your PayPal monthly. Each commission unlocks 14 days after it's earned — that hold covers our 7-day refund policy, so what you see as payable is money that's actually yours.
How long does tracking last?
30 days from the last click. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 30 days, they're credited to you — and stay credited permanently.
How long do commissions last?
You earn 25% of every payment for each referral's first 12 months. A Growth referral at $119/month pays you $29.75 a month — $357 over the year.
How are yearly plans handled?
Yearly plans are billed as 10 months upfront, so you get 25% of the full amount in one commission — 2.5 months of commission at once, covering all 12 months of that referral.
What happens if a referral refunds?
The commission is reversed. That's what the 14-day hold is for — refunds under our 7-day policy resolve before anything becomes payable, so clawbacks after payout are rare.
Can I refer myself or my own workspace?
No. Self-referrals are blocked automatically, and accounts created to game the program forfeit their balance.
