Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ugcfy.ai ("UGCfy", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

UGCfy generates UGC-style video advertisements from product information you provide, using AI actors, scripts, and video models. Output quality depends on your inputs; generation results may vary.

Your content and rights

• You retain ownership of the product information and assets you upload, and you must have the rights to use them.
• You own the videos generated for your account and receive full commercial usage rights to them.
• You may not use the Service to create misleading health claims, impersonations of real people without consent, or content that violates platform ad policies or applicable law.

AI-generated content

Generated actors are synthetic. You are responsible for complying with each advertising platform's disclosure requirements for AI-generated content, and for the accuracy of all product claims in your ads.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, via Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Credit quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over, with one exception: when you upgrade mid-cycle, leftover credits carry into the new plan until the next renewal.
• Plan changes take effect immediately; upgrades are charged a prorated difference.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the Service: no attempts to circumvent quotas, scrape the platform, resell generation capacity or credits, share account access outside your plan's seats, or generate illegal content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGCfy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
