Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or yearly), and you can cancel in one click from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do credits work?
Every plan comes with monthly credits, and video is billed per scene. With the default model, a ~5-second scene costs about 2.5 credits at 480p or 5 at 720p, plus 0.5 for its storyboard image — so a typical 5-scene ad lands around 15 credits at 480p. Premium models (Fast, Seedance 2.0) and higher resolutions cost more per second; hooks, scripts, and AI voiceover are always free. Credits reset each billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription quotas reset each billing cycle and don't roll over — with one exception: when you upgrade mid-cycle, leftover credits from your old plan carry into the new one until renewal. One-time Flex Pack credits play by different rules: they never reset with your billing cycle and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Pick the plan that matches your monthly testing volume.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes — the Flex Pack is a one-time purchase starting at $89 for 150 credits (roughly 10 complete ads), with no recurring billing. Credits stay valid for 12 months, and packs stack if you buy more than one. It ships a lighter toolkit than subscriptions: 5 caption styles, 20 AI actors, and up to 720p output. Subscriptions get you up to 2× more credits per dollar plus the full library — and you can upgrade any time.
Do I own the videos?
Yes. Full commercial usage rights are included on every plan, forever.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, instantly. Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay a prorated difference, get the new plan's full credits, and any leftover credits carry over until renewal. Downgrades and monthly–yearly switches apply right away too — all managed in-app or through the billing portal.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation pauses until your next billing cycle — we never silently charge extra. Upgrade any time to get a bigger monthly pool (your unused credits carry into the new plan), or top up with a one-time Flex Pack: those credits stack on top of your subscription and stay valid for 12 months.
