Is there a free trial?
We don't do watered-down trials — instead, every first purchase is covered by a 7-day refund guarantee. If UGCfy isn't a fit, email us within 7 days of your first payment and, as long as you've used less than 30% of your monthly credits, we'll refund you in full — no hassle. That's enough headroom to generate several complete videos and properly judge the quality.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or yearly), and you can cancel in one click from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do credits work?
Every plan comes with monthly credits. A standard video (720p, ~10 seconds) costs about 10 credits — drop to 480p and it's roughly 5, so the same plan stretches up to twice as far. Higher resolutions cost more per second, storyboard images start at 0.5 credits, and hooks, scripts, and AI voiceover are free. Credits reset each billing cycle.
Do unused videos roll over?
Quotas reset each billing cycle and don't roll over — with one exception: when you upgrade mid-cycle, leftover credits from your old plan carry into the new one until renewal. Pick the plan that matches your monthly testing volume.
Do I own the videos?
Yes. Full commercial usage rights are included on every plan, forever.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, instantly. Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay a prorated difference, get the new plan's full credits, and any leftover credits carry over until renewal. Downgrades and monthly–yearly switches apply right away too — all managed in-app or through the billing portal.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation pauses until your next billing cycle — we never silently charge extra. Upgrade any time to unlock a bigger monthly pool; your unused credits carry into the new plan.
