Refund Policy

This policy explains when payments to UGCfy are refundable. It forms part of our Terms of Service. In short: your first purchase is protected by a 7-day guarantee; renewals and later purchases are final.
The 7-day first-purchase guarantee
If UGCfy isn't a fit, we'll refund your first subscription payment in full — any plan, monthly or yearly — provided that:
- you request the refund within 7 days of your first payment, and
- you have used less than 30% of your plan's monthly credits, and
- your account has not previously received a refund (one refund per account and organization).
Every video and image you generate consumes real compute. The 30% allowance is enough to properly test the product — several complete videos on any plan — while keeping the guarantee sustainable.
What is not refundable
- Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly). Cancel anytime before renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Prorated charges from plan changes (upgrades or billing-interval switches).
- Second and subsequent purchases after a previous subscription ended.
- Yearly plans more than 7 days after the first payment. You can cancel to stop the next renewal, but the current year is not refunded pro-rata.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
Exceptions apply where a refund is required by applicable law.
What happens after a refund
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately and remaining credits are revoked.
- The commercial licence to content generated under the refunded subscription ends. You must stop using and distributing those videos and images (including in ads) and delete downloaded copies.
- Your account and login remain; you can subscribe again later, but the guarantee does not apply twice.
EU & UK consumers
UGCfy provides digital content that begins performance immediately. By generating content you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, once generation starts, you lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for that digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU; Consumer Rights Act 2015). Our 7-day guarantee above applies independently of, and does not limit, any statutory rights that remain available to you.
How to request a refund
- Email support@ugcfy.ai from your account email with the subject "Refund request".
- We review eligibility (purchase date, credit usage) and reply within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Fair use & fraud
The guarantee exists for genuine evaluation. Creating multiple accounts or organizations to obtain repeated refunds, disputing charges you authorised (chargebacks), or requesting refunds for accounts engaged in fraud will result in account suspension and refusal of the request. If you believe a charge is unauthorised, contact us first — we resolve genuine billing errors quickly.
