UGCfy ("we", "us") operates ugcfy.ai, an AI UGC ad generation service. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and profile image when you sign up with Google or email.
• Content you provide: product URLs, product images, scripts, and other inputs you submit to generate ads.
• Generated content: videos, images, and scripts produced for your account.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never store your card details; we store subscription status and invoices.

How we use your information

• To provide and improve the service, including generating your ads via third-party AI providers.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (login codes, receipts, service updates).
• To prevent abuse and secure the platform.

We don't train AI models on your content

UGCfy does not use your product information, uploads, or generated videos to train AI models. Your inputs are sent to third-party generation providers solely to process your requests, under their respective terms, and your content is never shared with or shown to other customers.

Third-party processors

We share data only as needed to run the service: AI generation providers (to process your product inputs into videos), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and analytics providers. Each processor receives only the data required for its function. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by emailing support@ugcfy.ai; we complete deletion within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@ugcfy.ai to exercise these rights.
